GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.1 - General Conditions of Sale

This document contains the legal terms and conditions governing the 2P Confezioni srl website. Users undertake to agree to comply with all the conditions contained in this document.

2P Confezioni srl reserves the right to ask Users who do not accept or do not intend to comply with these terms, to refrain from using the website < strong>www.duepistudio.it .

Access to the site and related services is intended exclusively for personal use, in order to purchase the products displayed therein.

Products purchased on www.duepistudio.it are sold directly by 2P Confezioni srl , a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office in Corso G. Amendola, 18 - registered in the CCIAA of Marsala (TP) under no. 180478, Tax Code/VAT Number 02565700818.

The offer and sale of products on the site www.duepistudio.it are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.

The General Conditions of Sale can be periodically updated; those published on www.duepistudio.it accepted at the time of check out are considered effective and binding.

Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before purchasing.

1.2 - How to purchase

A descriptive sheet is displayed for each product selected, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: colour, size, unit price.

The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.duepistudio.it may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: 2P Confezioni srl is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.

The images contained on the www.duepistudio.it website are owned by 2P Confezioni srl or licensed to it in user license. Any use of these images, not authorized by a written consent from 2P Confezioni srl, will be prosecuted according to the law.

It is also possible that the making of changes to the garments during the production phase may produce discrepancies between those represented in the images on the site at the time the customer places the pre-order and those that actually arrive in the store, 2P Confezioni srl will contact the customer to obtain express approval of the changes and proceed with the shipment or cancel the order and provide a refund.

1.3 - Product availability

The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on www.duepistudio.it.

If, at the time of ordering, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.

If, due to simultaneous purchases by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email is sent.</p >

2P Confezioni srl may change the products offered for sale on www.duepistudio.it at any time and without notice and its price.

The www.duepistudio.it website is linked in real time to the internal management system. Therefore the availability of the products is always truthful. However, the 2P Confezioni srl order office will promptly notify the Customers of the unavailability of the items ordered, if for some reason the order cannot be processed (contingent inventory or failure to pass quality controls) .

1.4 - Product price

The price of each item is indicated in Euros:

Taxes included (VAT), shipping costs excluded for European Union countries.

Taxes excluded (VAT), shipping costs excluded for countries outside the European Union

The cost of shipping and any customs duties is indicated before payment and calculated in relation to the destination of the goods. (Method of shipping)

ORDER

2.1 - Order

2P Confezioni srl reserves the right to refuse an order if the banking gateway did not receive verification from the Customer's bank. Once the order has been placed, no additional costs can be imposed other than those deriving from shipments and any cash on delivery.

Separate orders will have separate shipping costs. 2P Confezioni srl reserves the right to postpone a shipment if the order is not available due to force majeure. We also remind you that during the sales periods, there may be delays in the delivery of the products.

The execution of the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating an account ("register for free") personal / company of the Customer. Remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy (Privacy Regulation) and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.

The purchase of products offered for sale on www.duepistudio.it can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf.

The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.duepistudio.it is prohibited.

2P Confezioni srl reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of the orders received.

2P Confezioni srl will notify the customer via e-mail of any impossibility to accept the orders received.

2.2 - Order confirmation

At the conclusion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs and any customs duties for non-EU countries.

Once you have made your choice and placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order details. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and 2P Confezioni srl will be completed when we will send you an email to confirm that the goods have been despatched. The sales contract is therefore concluded in Marsala (TP), Italy and the language of the contract is Italian.

We reserve the right not to accept or delay your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the ordered item is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is recalled, or does not meet our eligibility criteria.

We may also refuse to process and then accept a Transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or to any third party based on our withdrawal of any goods from the Site whether or not such goods have been sold, removal, screening or editing of any material or content on the Site, refusal to process a transaction or cancel or suspend any transaction after it has begun processing.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, from time to time we may discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the price of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will have no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product which has been advertised at an incorrect price and we reserve the right to cancel such an order which has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product which is incorrectly priced for any reason, we will email or telephone you to notify you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible. In the event that the products are recalled in transit, we will process the refund once the products have been returned to us.

2P Confezioni srl sends a subsequent order confirmation via e-mail indicating that the order has been shipped with the relative delivery times of the product .

PAYMENT METHOD

3.1 - Payment methods

2P Confezioni srl accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. The ordered products remain the property of 2P Confezioni srl until the relative price has been fully collected.

2P Confezioni srl offers its customers different types of payment:

ScalaPay

Bank Transfer

Other forms of payment are not accepted.

3.2 - Credit cards

On the website www.duepistudio.it during the purchase, Customers can enter their credit card details in a protected electronic banking system, provided by SIApay. Available for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB circuits.

Security is guaranteed by a special protocol (Secure Socket Layer) which protects online communications in encrypted form. The Customer Service staff of www.duepistudio.it  are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity details.

For further information, Customers are invited to consult the websites of the banking or credit card gateways. In order to guarantee greater protection on purchases made online, it is suggested to join the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requesting a PIN security code with which to make purchases in complete safety.

If there is sufficient money available to make the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be successful with immediate effect. The credit card will be charged immediately even in the case of a pre-order, while the shipment of the purchased items will take place in a deferred manner.

2P Confezioni srl may request bank checks on transactions, also by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification activity could cause delays in delivery. For new customers, 2P Confezioni srl also reserves the right to deliver to the account holder's address.

3.3 - Paypal

The Customer can pay for his purchase through his own verified Paypal account, according to the methods provided by PayPal and known to each account holder

3.4 - ScalaPay

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

Scalapay is an innovative system that allows customers to buy immediately by paying the same amount in three equal installments without any interest!

3 simple installments: pay for your purchase in 3 equal installments, due every 4 weeks;

0% interest: if you meet the deadlines, you will only pay the cost of the items you have purchased;

Receive the order immediately: the order is shipped immediately while you pay in installments;

Use Scalapay for purchases up to €1500;

Only the first installment will be charged to your card at the time of purchase;

Second installment 4 weeks from purchase;

Third and last installment 8 weeks after purchase;

Every 4 weeks (at the installment deadline) Scalapay will withdraw the amount directly from your card;

In the event of a return, the payment plan will be canceled and you will be refunded the amount relating to the installments already paid.

You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.

 3.5 - Bank Transfer

The customer can choose to pay by bank transfer. The order request will be confirmed by an e-mail sent by one of our Customer Service representatives, who will send you the bank details and details for the bank transfer. The goods will be secluded pending the crediting of the bank transfer. The data to make a transfer relating to an order are as follows:

SHIPPING METHOD

4.1 - Shipping methods

Information on shipping methods, costs and any customs duties are indicated at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and customs duties are charged to the customer and are charged to the credit and/or debit card at the time of purchase.

4.2 - Shipping documents

As regulated by international trade laws, all shipments made by 2P Confezioni srl are accompanied by an official receipt indicating the value of the individual items in Euros .

In the case of shipments of orders containing exotic leather items, destined outside the European Community, by law, an additional C.I.T.E.S. document is required. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna)

This document has the function of accompanying the garment and certifying that it was made with the skins of animals bred specifically for trade, and not wild. For additional information, consult the website www.cites.org.

To obtain the documents, C.I.T.E.S. requests the tax invoice; therefore, due to the processing times for obtaining the documents, the shipment may be delayed.

4.3 - Shipping costs

All purchases are delivered via UPS or DHL courier

We cannot ship an order to an address with a country other than the one registered in the billing address. We cannot deliver an order to PO Boxes and personal mailboxes.

The following table shows the shipping costs for the different amounts.

ITALY:

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING in Italy for orders over €150.00

EXPRESS Shipping: €10.00 (order less than €150.00)

Shipping costs and accessory costs (cash on delivery) relating to the return of the product are charged to the Customer

RETURN COST: € 10.00 (In the case of payment made via electronic circuits)

RETURN COST: €15.00 (In the case of cash on delivery)

In the event of failure to collect the package, any shipping costs associated with sending and returning the package to the offices of 2P Confezioni srl will be deducted from the refund.

EUROPE EU* – SWITZERLAND – UNITED KINGDOM:

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over €700.00 (Taxes excluded)

EXPRESS Shipping: €29.00 (DDP) (order less than €700.00 (Taxes excluded)

Shipping costs and accessory costs (cash on delivery) relating to the return of the product are charged to the customer

COST OF THE RETURN: € 29.00

DDU countries: For the following countries orders are processed VAT free: Gibraltar, Jersey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Norway.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders over €700.00 (Taxes excluded)

EXPRESS Shipping: €69.00 (DDU) (order less than €700.00 (Taxes excluded)

Shipping costs and accessory costs relating to the return of the product are charged to the customer

COST OF THE RETURN: €69.00

REST OF THE WORLD (BEYOND THE 3 PIECES)

Shipments of parcels with more than 3 pieces can only be calculated after placing the order.

Foreign customers who place an order will receive an email with shipping cost details. The customer can always choose in this phase which type of shipment is most appropriate according to his needs.

The couriers used for shipments outside Europe are: UPS, DHL and POSTE ITALIANE.

The shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer.

4.4 - Follow your shipment online (tracking)

All shipments are traceable. 2P Confezioni srl offers its customers a shipping service that can be traced at any time, thanks to the service made available by UPS or DHL depending on the courier chosen. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by UPS or DHL which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time on the courier's website. </ p>

4.5 - Shipping worldwide

Shipments can be of the type DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address.

4.5.1 - DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Returned duty paid - EU countries

DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipment is made to EU countries where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. The countries included are:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, England, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy , Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

4.5.2 - DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Returned unpaid - Non-EU countries

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to the payment of VAT on the purchase price. Shipments outside the European Community are exempt from VAT. Therefore, if the Customer enters a country outside the European Community as the destination address, the system will display the amounts without VAT. The order will be calculated without VAT and shown on the invoice. Shipments outside the European Economic Community are subject to import taxes, local taxes and customs duties and are charged to the Customer. The countries exempt from VAT are:

Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, South America, e. Countries with VAT and DDU exemption outside the European Community: Gibraltar, Jersey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland.

For shipments to the United States, the US Government Customs agency requires a Social Security Number or NOT US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. This process typically takes 10 business days. SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT OBTAIN CUSTOMS AUTHORIZATIONS MAY BE REIMPORTED INTO ITALY AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

4.6 - Delivery times

The shipment will be made the day following the arrival of the order from 9.00 to 12.00. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Once the items have been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the destination address. 2P Confezioni srl ships all over the world. The Customer is requested to provide a telephone number and a valid address to deliver the goods to during the delivery times. Please promptly indicate any change of address. Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.

Deliveries are made and guaranteed by UPS or DHL

2P Confezioni srl at the time of shipment notifies the Customer by e-mail of the shipment number (tracking number) of UPS or DHL

The delivery of the products can also take place through partial shipments: in this case, only the price of the shipped products and the cost of the single shipment will be charged. In case of partial shipment, information will be given via email.

Any delivery delays of more than 10 (ten) days. working days must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the order confirmation.

4.6.1 - Estimated delivery times:

Italy: 3-5 days from shipment

Europe: 4-6 days from shipment

USA and Canada: 4-6 days from shipment

Africa: 4-6 days from shipment

Asia and Middle East: 4-6 days from shipment

Australia and Oceania: 4-6 days from shipment

South America: 4-6 days from shipment

2P Confezioni srl is in no way responsible for any delays due to customs controls or force majeure. We also wish to point out that any bank checks regarding the transactions carried out could lead to delays in delivery times. For available items, shipping will be immediate. 2P Confezioni srl reserves the right to delay the shipment if events due to force majeure occur.

4.7 - Delivery areas

The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (shipments are not made to PO boxes) and in the following countries (see table below).

4.7.1 - EU countries

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, England, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy , Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

4.7.2 - Non-EU countries

Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, South America, Gibraltar, Jersey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland

4.8 - Receipt of goods

To guarantee the safety of the shipment, the shipper requires the recipient's signature "for receipt" upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods will not be delivered.

If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package presents imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier

We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, undamaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.

Any delivery problems must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the order confirmation.

If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or indicate on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

5.1 - Returns and Exchanges

Instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and subsequent amendments of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, art.49, paragraph 4.

The right of withdrawal is granted to all customers who are not satisfied with the purchase; they will have the right to withdraw from the contract within the peremptory term of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products.

5.2 - Return Procedure

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to resi@duepistudio.it within the peremptory deadline of 14 days from the delivery date. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned in order to obtain a refund and personal data for correct identification of the return. The reason for the return must also be included in the email.

If the Customer receives defective goods, or if errors occur in the shipments by 2P Confezioni srl, it will be necessary to follow the same instructions listed above.

2P Confezioni srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at its premises.

2P Confezioni srl  reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. 2P Confezioni srl will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Returns made after the indicated deadline can only be accepted at the discretion of 2P Confezioni srl. 2P Confezioni srl reimburses the full cost of the products returned by the Customer provided they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by 2P Confezioni srl.

The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer.

To carry out the return procedure it is necessary to send an e-mail to resi@duepistudio.it to obtain a return authorization number (RMA- Returns Merchandise Authorization). To make the return, you must wait for the return authorization issued by 2P Confezioni srl which must be inserted inside the package together with the returned products.

2P Confezioni srl sends a pre-compiled sheet with the destination address to be applied to the package with the return authorization. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.

The return of the product is not free if the products are returned from a country other than the one originally indicated as the destination address.

2P Confezioni srl sends an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and activating the refund procedure.

The refund of the price of returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which 2P Confezioni srl received the returned product in the conditions indicated.</p >

In the event that the payment method chosen is the "cash on delivery" method, failure to collect the package does not determine the conclusion of the sales contract and to exercise the right of return or change of mind it is necessary to communicate via email the will not to want to collect the product anymore. In the absence of a clear will to exercise the right of withdrawal (by email or registered mail), we reserve the right to request compensation for damages for breach of contract by requesting reimbursement of expenses incurred for sending and returning the product(s). i..

The return must be addressed to: 2P Confezioni srl - Corso G. Amendola, 18 - 91025 Marsala (TP).

5.3 - Return conditions

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must comply with the conditions set out below:

CLOTHING NOT WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED (the soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not show any signs of use).

The original product LABEL must not be removed from the item for any reason.

The security seal on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged in any way and /or altered, nor used as the sole outer packaging.

Returns must be sent back inside the 2P Confezioni srl box.

The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

5.4 - Change

It is possible to replace the purchased product only with another similar one of a different size or measure within 10 days from the delivery date and provided that it is available.

Changes requested after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of 2P Confezioni srl.

To make the change, send an e-mail with the change request to resi@duepistudio.it. To make the change, wait for the change authorization issued by 2P Confezioni srl. Unauthorized exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the "Return Procedures" paragraph.

Indicate the new size / measurement, respecting the conditions set out in the return procedure. If you want to exchange for another item, it is advisable to request a refund and make a new purchase separately.

5.5 - Defective goods

Products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity are considered defective.

It is possible to request the exchange of the defective product within 14 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.

In such cases, 2P Confezioni srl will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.</p >

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier at no additional shipping costs.

If the replacement or repair of the product is not possible 2P Confezioni srl proceeds with the refund. The refund, including shipping costs when it comes to a defective product at the origin, is made on the same credit and debit card used by the customer for payment.

5.6 - Return of gifts

In the case of products purchased and sent as gifts, the return can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of the gift, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.

It is understood that the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

5.7 - Refunds

The customer who is not satisfied with the product received can return it within 10 days from the delivery date.

Please refer to the same methods for returning products as described in the Returns/Exchanges paragraph.

The refund of the price of returned products takes place within 15 working days from the date on which 2P Confezioni srl received the returned product in the indicated conditions. p>

The re-credit is made to the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment, excluding shipping costs (unless the products are originally defective).

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders placed outside the EU.

LEGAL NOTICES AND TERMS OF USE

6.1 - Legal notes and terms of use

The site www.duepistudio.it is managed by 2P Confezioni srl.

Access to and use of this site presupposes the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").

2P Confezioni srl can update the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy at any time.

By using www.duepistudio.it you accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, as published on the site.

The current Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy can be consulted at any time by simply clicking on "Terms of sale" or "Privacy" from the menu at the bottom of the page.</ p>

6.2 - Security and personal data

2P Confezioni srl has adopted suitable security measures to protect the data and personal information provided from unauthorized access or use.

Bank details are neither recorded nor retained on the site www.duepistudio.it, but are stored in a secure database of the bank used by 2P Confezioni srl and which appears on the transaction page exclusively for the purpose of the commercial transaction.

Although 2P Confezioni srl has taken all possible precautions to guarantee the security of personal data, it must be kept in mind that the transmission of data over the Internet is never entirely secure and that any information disseminated online could be collected and used by subjects other than those to whom it was directed.

The Privacy Policy (see "Privacy") governs the processing of personal data communicated to 2P Confezioni srl through the website www.duepistudio. en.

2P Confezioni srl may modify, supplement and/or amend the Privacy Policy at any time; consult the current text in the dedicated "Privacy" section.

 6.3 - Intellectual property

All the content of the site www.duepistudio.it (drawings, illustrations, photographs, texts, graphics, descriptions, trademarks, images, videos) is the exclusive property of 2P Confezioni srl or licensed for use by it.

It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, publish, disseminate, copy, modify or sell by any means, partially or totally, the content of the site www.duepistudio.it< /strong>.

You may print material for personal, non-commercial use only.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

7.1 - Limitation of Liability - Disclaimer of Warranty
